If you’ve tried ChatGPT (or similar) and thought, “this could be useful… but I’m not getting much out of it,” this workshop is for you. This is an in-person working session where we set up your defaults, build at least one Custom GPT around your business, and leave you with reusable templates you can use the next day.

Set up ChatGPT properly for your business
Write better prompts for more reliable results
Use Thinking Modes and Custom GPTs effectively
Understand app connectors and when to use them
Apply AI to common business tasks (and selected personal admin tasks)
Verify outputs before using them
Reduce risk and apply practical security checks
Understand where other AI platforms may better fit specific needs

This workshop is for SME owners/managers and small teams who want AI to help with day-to-day work, for example:

Writing content and replying faster (emails, quotes, follow-ups)
Turning messy information into clear actions (notes, calls, meetings)
Planning (content, campaigns, outreach, schedules)
Analysing and summarising (documents, feedback, simple reports)

If you already use ChatGPT daily but feel like you’re winging it, this session will tighten things up quickly.

FAQ

Do I need to be “good at AI”?
No. If you can explain your business and your tasks, you’ll be fine.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?
Not required, but some features are easier on a paid plan. We’ll work with what you have and talk through what (if anything) is worth upgrading.
Is this a lecture or a sales pitch?
No. It’s a working session, you’ll be building as we go.
Can this be tailored to my business?
Yes. The whole point is making it fit your business needs.
